The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and idyllic! We had some issues at the start with cleaning, termites, and the air conditioning, which disappointed us a bit, but the staff’s attentiveness saved the entire stay. They were super helpful and, after explaining the problem, upgraded us to a higher‑category room without any hassle. Great customer service! If the room maintenance improves, the place would be a perfect 10.

We had four kids and two adults, and the space fit us perfectly. We stayed two nights and the kids adored the pool and playground. Restaurants were within walking distance, and there was ample space for everything. The breakfast was a bit sparse, so don’t rely on it as a main meal, but it’s fine for a quick bite before heading out.

La ubicación es perfecta para desconectar y el personal es súper atento, sobretodo Edgar, que nos ha puesto todas las facilidades. Por poner una pega recomiendo ir a primera hora al desayuno si quieres probar de todo
