The owners were extremely accommodating, the location was easy to find, and the view from the bedroom window after walking up reminded me of the farm I grew up on—just loved it. Nothing really, everything was perfect for me; maybe changing the beds to a king or queen size instead of 2 singles.

The owner spoke very good English, the views were superb in a quiet location, Thai food in the restaurant was excellent, and the rooms, although dated, were very clean and had all the required facilities. Nothing.

The house is beautifully located with a lovely view of rice fields and mountains, it’s very quiet, the people are friendly and the accommodation is nice, the outdoor shower has warm water, there’s also a restaurant, we had just had lunch which was a shame, the menu has many vegetarian dishes and honest products, the host and hostess are very welcoming and kind, and breakfast was truly excellent.

I only chose this location because it was close to Lotus Lake for the YiPeng festival. There was a huge ant infestation in the bathroom and outdoor shower, it was disgusting; shower gels were empty, no hand soap, the bathroom had zero ventilation, not even a fan. The address was not on maps, and we were not given clear instructions on how to get there. The taxi ended up taking us to the wrong location. No taxis were around the area, the hosts were kind enough to offer us a ride to the bus stop, unfortunately at a fairly high cost. Breakfast was not provided even though it was listed as included in the booking. The bedroom itself was not vacuumed. Overall my worst stay ever, but the hosts were nice.

I was looking for a quiet spot surrounded by nature, and this place delivered exactly that. The sunrise here is absolutely stunning, a perfect 10. The local Thai vibe feels genuine, and the hosts are top‑tier.
