The hotel sits in a very quiet spot right at Saint‑Rémy’s entrance, yet it’s a short walk to the town center. A large, inviting public area with a great pool and cozy seating corners made the stay relaxing, and free on‑site parking was a huge relief. The staff were very friendly and service‑oriented, the room was spotless, and the reception offered helpful tips. Our ground‑floor room was a good size and convenient for accessibility and luggage. For future guests: the large glass door of our room faced a shared terrace; if you want more privacy, book a room with a private balcony. Breakfast felt a bit overpriced for what was offered; since the hotel is close to the center, checking out local cafés might be worth it.

The welcome was very friendly. The location is close to the center, so everything is walkable, and the parking is convenient. The room was comfortable, and the pool was nice and cool. The breakfast really fell short: the mini‑viennoiseries were dry, the pot coffee was weak, the fruit salad was boxed, the juice was industrial, and the platter was mandatory even though we don’t like yogurt or muesli. The lighting in the very long corridor was poor; the motion sensors should be re‑activated throughout. A bathrobe would be appreciated for pool visits, and a fresh coat of paint on the peeling bathroom walls would be welcome.
