The place is close to the Market, but the interiors need a makeover; it's dirty, the beds are small, and although the bathroom looks refurbished, the tap and shower water don’t drain, plus the ventilation is a problem.

The location was fine and most staff were polite, but dealing with the bed issue was frustrating and took far too much of my time. I regret choosing this hotel; the bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, leaving me exhausted and in pain, waking constantly because I couldn’t find a comfortable position. The mattress was extremely hard, the pillows were lumpy, stained, and too large for the pillowcases, so I had to buy a cushion, yet the mattress was still impossible to rest on.

The staff were very polite, and we had no problems with the hotel. However, the location is a bit farther from the historic center than it seems, the breakfast didn’t meet my expectations, and it appeared the hotel was under renovation, as the corridors were messy.
