Château des Fousseries

The château blended old‑world charm with modern chic luxury; the rooms were incredibly comfortable with beautiful linens, plush pillows, and all the modern amenities, including a Smart TV. Breakfast was amazing, featuring fresh produce, delicious French cheeses and charcuterie, and freshly baked pastries. The hosts were warm and generous, made us feel welcome, and offered great restaurant recommendations and plenty of local info, even about their own wine and truffles. The whole stay was peaceful, private, luxurious, and never felt excessive – a perfect place to slow down, recharge, and enjoy nature.
