The sheets and rooms were very dirty, and cigarette smoke filled the entire hotel.

The hotel is in a great spot and offers good value for money, with friendly staff.

The room was not clean, the staff were very unprofessional and rude, and the hotel lacked basic items like plates, glasses, or even mineral water; the toilet flush didn't work either. A railway platform or any cheap dharamshala would have been better. When I asked for anything, the staff only replied, "Adjust kr lijiye." This was the worst experience ever.
