The breakfast was good. The room’s location lacked openness and especially daylight.

The location was great, the front desk was quick to help, and the breakfast was good. However, the hotel had just been renovated and I was assigned a studio that was not listed as part of the main building; it was dirty and noisy. The quality did not match the price or what one would expect from a Best Western. I might try again in a proper hotel room, but it would be fairer to note that in the description.

The property sits in an excellent spot in the heart of Lyon. The sink in my bathroom was leaking heavily – I reported it to management, but they couldn’t fix it during my stay.

The staff were great and the breakfast was superb. The price was high for the room. Room 201 was pitch black with no windows, the bathroom had nothing to hang towels on. I’ve been booking at this hotel for years for running events in Lyon and have always had a windowed room with towel hooks at the same rate, but this year I was really disappointed and hope next year I’ll get a windowed room at a better price.
