The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was well organized, leaving nothing to be missed; breakfast was complete and plentiful, even 6-star quality—thanks for everything.

The welcome from Antonnella and Aicha was warm, and the location in the town is great for exploring the area; nothing to report.

Breakfast was generous and varied every day; the Salento region is a wonderful mix of culture and nature, Presicce is a lovely village with evening events for calm nights—worth discovering and experiencing whenever possible.

Everything was first‑rate and there were no issues at all.

The only thing that was good was the location, but the building itself was shabby and clearly neglected; the room smelled stale and was extremely damp, with virtually no windows except a tiny high one that you could only reach by a ladder. The television wasn’t even plugged in, so we had to use a reducer just to get power, and there was no mobile signal or Wi‑Fi. The breakfast area reeked of mustiness, although we managed to eat at a nearby partner café because the hotel only served breakfast from 9:00 to 10:30 and we left early. After five days the air‑conditioner broke, and because there was no active maintenance we were left with just a fan while it stayed uncomfortably hot.
