“We didn’t stay. I took a loss because they wouldn’t refund. We went and found another hotel. The pictures are very misle”

Nothing good. It looked like a Bates Motel as soon as you pulled into the parking lot. The lot was empty of other cars, which should have been the first warning. Everything else was terrible. The lot was empty and poorly lit.

“Never stay here- it is absolutely disgusting.”

Location. This hotel should be shut down. Moldy ceilings, door handles broken, musty smell, and pictures online are completely different than what is in the actual hotel. Most of the hotel is not available, with parts blocked off. When walking in, most lights in the hotel were off. The hotel smelled and was very run down. When walking to the elevator, ceiling tiles were moldy or missing. The elevator compartment door was open and no certificates in the elevator. There is only 1 ice machine on the third floor, which was dirty. When going to our room, we noticed the door handle is very loose hanging from the door. I go to tell the man on duty, and he said that no one will come in the room and to just push the door handel up. I tell him that I do not feel safe with my children having a room where the door handel is broken. I then told him I needed a new room. He did switch the room. The new room also smelled, the air conditioner did not work. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and the faucets were loose. The beds were very uncomfortable. Despite pictures online that this hotel has a pool, staff said it has been closed for years. There is no hot breakfast. The continental breakfast was stale cereal, oatmeal (no microwave, only add hot water), a gallon of milk, coffee, apple juice, and a few apples. I am shocked that the health department has not completely closed this hotel down. I wish we could have gotten a refund and not stayed here

“It was ok. Could have been better”

The place is well located and tidy, but the pool was closed, there was no fridge in the room, and none of the ice machines on any floor had ice.

The rate was acceptable when needed, but the property was filthy, the elevator felt like it was on a thread, and there was a horrible odor.

“Needs to go out of business”

Unfortunately, this place was a total letdown. The room was dirty, and the air unit didn't work properly. To top it off, there was trash under my bed, and the hallway was ridiculously muggy. It was clear that the room hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the air unit was struggling to keep up. Needless to say, I won't be back.
