Breakfast was simple but tasty. The location is great—just cross the street and you’re at Jabaquara beach. The staff were very polite and attentive.

The place is great, with the beach literally across the street. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the new air‑conditioning makes a difference for allergy sufferers. The TV is smart, and the minibar was stocked, which helps in case of emergencies. Diogo was extremely attentive throughout, letting me check in early because I arrived sooner than expected. Breakfast is simple but very good, with a variety of options. I found it annoying to keep ringing the bell to get someone at reception. The two times I needed help, people were busy—one was checking out—and it took a while. I know it’s only a few minutes, but it broke the experience. I also thought it was rude that one towel was marked with a marker “Voluntário.” I understand you can’t have exclusive towels, so I suggest not marking them. I recommend bringing items like soap because there are no amenities, just one hand soap.
