The location was good for where we were going, the staff were amazing and helped us with washing and were ready to assist; there was plenty of parking. However, it was a 3‑story building with no elevators, so we had huge bags and no rooms on the ground floor, and the staff kindly carried our bags to the 3rd floor; the lack of an elevator was annoying, especially with some injuries that made the stairs painful, and the breakfast was just a few pastries in plastic and a yogurt, hardly a proper breakfast.

The rooms stayed clean, but the electricity went out during our visit because of a storm. I asked the front‑desk attendant what to do, and she replied, “I don’t know!!!!” without explaining any protocol. I get that the outage was beyond their control, yet a kinder response would have helped. Half the emergency lights failed, so we were fortunate that it wasn’t pitch black; we could still see our way to the rooms. I had a flashlight in my car, which saved the day, and the power returned after about 30 minutes.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but at first they seemed unfamiliar with the local town.

Nothing to like, the staff is the WORST. The staff is horrible. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Booked a week, paid for a week, only to be told, they over booked for a single night and I would have to move to a smoking room- recovering from a collapsed lung. 🫁 nope. Staff is awful!
