Clarence, the manager on the evening shift, was outstanding. He handled check‑in with professionalism and friendliness, and when our in‑room A/C wouldn’t turn on, he diagnosed the problem fast and had it running in minutes. Thanks again, Clarence!

The hotel was easy to book, but the location was a drawback. A panhandler was standing within 50 ft of the front door when we arrived.

Everything was super clean and the modern interior and lobby were lovely. The staff greeted us warmly at check‑in and during breakfast, which we appreciated. I couldn’t stay for breakfast, but it looked great, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh berries and granola—healthier than the usual hotel fare.
