Hotel de Art USJ 21

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, my family room was spacious and spotless, which was a great relief after a long day. However, I found the kiosk check-in process to be quite cumbersome, and it was surprising that there was no one available at the front desk until I checked out. I was also concerned about the security, as it seemed that anyone could walk into the hotel and access the room levels, which didn't feel safe.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location, which was close to the mainplace mall and LRT station, making it easy to get around. “Clean and Spacious! Family friendly”

My family and I booked a family room at this hotel, and we were blown away by its spaciousness and excellent facilities. The room was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the convenient location of the Coway nearby. We also found it easy to access the mart, doby, and other amenities, which added to our comfortable stay.

“Overall good hotel”

I found this hotel to be easily accessible, which was a big plus for me. However, I was a bit disappointed with the air conditioning, which didn't seem to be cooling the room effectively. Despite that, the hotel's location made it a decent choice for my stay.
