子連れのファミリー旅行者にとって、ロケ ーションは最高です。設備はやや古さを感 じさせますが、清掃は行き届いています。 また、朝食時に生のピアノ演奏が聴けるの も魅力で、自然と気分が高まります。. 1. 予約内容と客室準備の不一致 Booking.comで「大人2名・子ども1 名」と正しく入力したにもかかわらず、子供用の浴衣がなく、大人4人分の浴衣が4 着も用意されていた。 2. フロントスタッフの対応の悪さ (素泊まりプランを間違って予約したこちらの落ち度は認めますが、朝9時台、2歳の子どもにミルクを飲ませたいと妻が電話で相談したところ、朝食の提供を冷たく拒否。(朝食のできる)「道の駅 太地」への循環バスの情報も教えてもらえず、タクシーの手配 にも「こんな早い時間帯、走っているかな」と難色を示し、終始不機嫌で慇懃無礼な態度だった。 3. 大浴場の清掃不足 1階の露天風呂に湯垢が著しく堆積してお り、清掃管理が行き届いていない。

“ゆったり出来ました。”

The place was clean, and there was a dolphin show nearby that I could walk to. The toilet door squeaked when opened and closed; I told staff and they promised to fix it, but it still hasn’t been repaired.

A nice hotel with lovely surroundings, but it was inconvenient that you couldn’t order food at the restaurant without pre‑ordering. Both the room and the hotel itself feel worn and old.

The live piano performance was great, but the front desk was staffed by just one person and I had to wait a long time for the previous guest to finish.
