The house is very quiet in a hamlet of Montecassiano, has everything you need, and the lady Claudia treats her guests with everything required for breakfast and more. We found a wonderful cake from the pastry shop. Nothing to complain about.

The host went above and beyond to welcome us into her home, giving us extra food, drinks and snacks. The house is very clean and spacious. I would recommend it!

The apartment is large, comfortable, and spotless. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, and the rooms have mosquito nets. The host, Mrs. Claudia, was friendly, allowed early check‑in, and left pleasant gifts in the kitchen (milk, yogurt, fruit juice, a cake…). All the spaces are very roomy. Nearby are Macerata and many nice towns. The only flaw I would point out is that the mattress has a slight indentation in the middle.

The host was extremely kind, and the apartment was large, bright, comfortable, and clean. They provided everything needed for breakfast, and there was plenty of parking under the house. The location is convenient for anyone wanting to visit this part of the Marche: a quarter‑hour to Macerata, ten minutes to Montefano, and less than half an hour to Cingoli.
