The facilities were dirty, the beds were hard, and the distance from the airport meant a 40‑minute drive.

We love staying at Bale Ocasa and have stayed here 2 times in the last 3 years. It is so close to Soekarno–Hatta Airport and must-see places around Tangerang. The food is great and good value. The room is spacious and comfy. The garden is always well maintained. But most of all the staff are amazing, cater to our needs, and friendly. Especially Diah who helped prepare the food from Ruang Tuang, and Dian at the front desk. We hope to stay here again next year
