Very close to downtown. Parking was on site, but only 2 spots. Off‑season was great, but on‑season would be difficult for us. They put us on the third floor and we had to walk up. The place was empty except for one other guest, management was absent, and there was no breakfast when they were supposed to leave something out. The bathrooms were dated, and taxes and fees made this choice more expensive.

I found the place cozy, boutique‑chic, and perfectly positioned in Annapolis, close to the Naval Academy and the harbor; the staff were very gracious, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the beds felt like floating on clouds—highly recommend.
