Breakfast was good and the staff were welcoming, but the Wi‑Fi was awful and the phone connection was even worse, especially since many Google apps are blocked in China.

The service and the staff’s attitude were both excellent, but the facilities felt a bit dated, the air‑conditioning didn’t work—some guests wanted it cold, others warm—so I had to bring a portable heater into the room, which isn’t very sustainable, especially after paying a higher rate for the stay, leaving me somewhat disappointed.

Breakfast was healthy and tasty, and the location suited my needs; the staff were fantastic and handled a refund for my second night when I had to leave unexpectedly, yet the room was very hot and I struggled to cool it down.
