“La peor del mundo”

The worst experience ever. I arrived on 29/08 after traveling from Trujillo with my reservation and payment already taken. A senior lady at the front desk told me that the manager had ordered that no one be allowed in that day because supposedly the hotel was not operating. No one had informed me about this beforehand. The lady gave me no explanation or solution; she simply shut the door. Imagine coming from another city with your stay paid for and being told you can’t enter, left literally on the street with nowhere to stay. That’s disrespectful and a terrible way to run a place. If they knew they wouldn’t be open on 29/08, they should have informed me and cancelled the booking early, not waited until I arrived. I demand an immediate refund and an explanation for what happened. If I don’t get a solution, I’ll file a complaint with the authorities and publicise my experience so others know what happened. I will report this accommodation.

I made a reservation, but when I arrived they told me there was no room available and that the booking wasn’t secure, so I had to find another hotel.

My reservation wasn’t saved, I was left on the street, and the staff were nothing but unkind. They don’t provide what they show.
