The meals at the hotel restaurant were good and the staff were pleasant, yet it would have been better if room service were arranged for ladies and elderly guests because they couldn’t come down for every single need, and the service bell system was missing.

This place has the most convenient location in Colombo, clean and tasty food, and the basic rooms are very comfortable with a lift.

All the amenities of a 5‑star hotel are there along with a homely charm, the location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and I highly recommend it.
