Considering the standard amenities— a comfy single bed, full‑size wardrobe, functional water heater, and a working desk— the price was justified; the property also offered a common area, dining table, and kitchen for all tenants; however, the property isn’t car‑accessible and the toilet cleanliness could improve.

The staff were friendly and very clean; the only downside was that no towels were provided.
