The place is well‑located, close to shuttles and restaurants, and the reception staff were friendly, though I hardly saw them. Our room was dirty, dated, the toilet seat was cracked, the windows blew open in the freezing weather, and no one cleaned our room for six days. We had to take out our own trash, wash and dry towels, and we paid a small fortune to stay here. Never again!

The front desk and restaurant staff were all pleasant and courteous. We were told that another group had booked, so they upgraded our room type, but we were traveling with elderly guests and needed a bathtub, so the upgraded room only had a shower. That made the reason for choosing this hotel irrelevant. The upgrade was appreciated, but it would have helped if they confirmed the change beforehand. It’s a nice hotel and I hope this helps future guests.

A Tudor‑style hotel in a great spot, with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was amazing – everything was delicious and definitely worth trying. The bath could be better if you upgrade the grade.

The staff were excellent and the location is fantastic, especially for easy access to the slopes and high‑quality food. The dry room for snowboard gear is very handy for drying boots and gloves so you’re fresh every day.
