The facilities here are top-notch. I didn't find anything to complain about.

The food here is incredible - both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the variety of breakfast options was amazing. I also loved the hot spring, it was really relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful too. However, the bathroom in my room was tiny and cramped, making it hard to move around. The TV was also on the small side, and I wished they had more channels. Navigating the building was a bit of a challenge too.
