The location is good, many nice restaurants are close, and it’s near the Chiang Mai University market. The public areas are always very clean and tidy.

I liked my room a lot; it was spacious and had a balcony, though the view was blocked. Getting around was easy. The facilities were adequate, with a washing machine and dryer (you had to bring your own detergent). The toilets and showers were very clean. There was a cool common area with tea, coffee, and biscuits for guests. It’s very close to the airport, which has great AirAsia connections to Thailand and Asia, and you can walk to many spots, including the whole old town. The street has many massage parlours. The only minor inconvenience was that the reception was open from 9 am to 9 pm, so plan accordingly if you need to check in outside those hours.

A friendly owner who was always ready for a quick chat and eager to share recommendations made the stay pleasant. The room was spacious, and the shared bathroom was consistently available when we needed it. I appreciated the complimentary water for refilling bottles and the snacks that came with the stay. A small common area would improve the place, but it didn’t detract from our experience.

The location was unbeatable, and the rooms were generous in size. The staff were very kind, making this a lovely spot for a weekend in Chiang Mai. I would definitely recommend it.
