The staff handled every request with professionalism and friendliness, and the room was both clean and spacious. The location was excellent, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and cafés, and I liked being able to schedule room service. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, though I think updating the AC units would be a smart improvement.

The air conditioning system made a lot of noise; we were lucky the bed was positioned away from it, but the sound was still loud enough to disturb our sleep.

The staff were consistently pleasant, and the parking garage felt very safe and well-maintained. Occasionally, there was some noise, and I wish they had offered complimentary breakfast.

The location was great, the room was clean, and although it was very basic, it did the trick.
