A stunning spot surrounded by breathtaking nature, the staff were extremely kind and attentive, and everything was flawless.

The hotel's staff were super friendly and helpful, which was great because we had a bit of a chaotic arrival. Our room was huge, and the food at the on-site restaurant was pretty good too - I especially loved the hamburger and fries, and the drinks were cold and refreshing. Having howler monkeys roaming around the property was a fun bonus. That said, the hotel was pretty far from town centre, which was a bit of a pain.

This place has a lovely little beach right on the lake, and you can just walk out onto the terrace and jump in the water. The howler monkeys in the trees are a nice touch too. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to changing the menu for vegan options. The cabins are spacious and the beds are comfy, and while the shower was just okay, the dining area was really nice with its rustic furniture.
