The hotel’s location is superb, right on the shore of a beautiful bay, surrounded by pine trees with a lovely mix of shade and sunshine. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast is good and offers a nice selection. The only real downside is the coffee, which is absolutely terrible; I would honestly rather pay extra for a decent cup of coffee than have the current one included. Everything else was lovely. The rooms are extremely outdated and urgently need renovation. The room design is impractical, with the balcony, window, and door essentially being one open space, making privacy and security a real issue. Sea‑view rooms are difficult to enjoy because the curtains need to stay closed. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell, poor ventilation, cheap bedding, and two separate mattresses instead of a proper double bed. It is a shame that such a beautiful location is let down by the condition of the rooms. The beach towel exchange policy is also inconvenient, with only a two‑hour window each day. The hotel urgently needs renovation and better maintenance.

“Gelungener Familienurlaub”

Very family‑friendly and geared toward kids, especially the smallest ones. The food was tasty and varied. Two nice small beaches are right by the hotel. Parking is no problem even if you walk 5 minutes. There are also hiking options available.

“Tolles Familienhotel”

The family hotel was very nice and geared toward families with kids, offering diaper changing stations, water stations, and many high chairs. On request, they provided extra items like kettles, a baby bed, and safety rails. They used plastic plates and cups for meals, which were varied and tasty. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, though it made loud noises when turned. The dining area can get noisy because it’s a family hotel, but there are good options to eat inside or outside. I wouldn’t pick this hotel without kids, but as a family it’s perfect.

“Мне не понравилось”

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the advertised parking was missing. There was no water in the room; instead a glass tumbler had to be taken to the hallway and refilled from a special tap. The property is tiny, with only one bar that feels more like a “pour‑it‑here” spot and no restaurants. The public beach was closed by rain and the sea was brown and unfit for swimming. Last year I stayed at Iberostar on Crete for less money and there the parking was available for cars, water came in glass bottles at the bar, and the grounds were three times larger, with a main restaurant plus three others: grill, seafood, and another. I won’t return and don’t recommend it; for the price it’s better to go to a Greek Iberostar and enjoy.

“A nice family-orientated hotel in a scenic location”

The location was great, the welcome staff were friendly, and the food was good. However, the beds in the family suite were single beds jammed together and quite uncomfortable, especially in the middle.
