The hotel and its staff were outstanding, exceeding every expectation. We were in town for a funeral and they treated us with exceptional kindness during our grieving process.

The room’s humidity and temperature were problematic; I tried adjusting the unit, but it couldn’t handle the moisture. Food options were minimal, and the only thing I could eat was cooked eggs, whose texture I disliked. The coffee syrups were unclear about gluten‑free status.

The location and staff were excellent. However, the rooms lacked wall‑mounted hand soap, lotion, and shampoos/conditioners. The bottle‑fill water station was broken, which was disappointing. Common areas—hallways, elevator fronts, and the lobby—needed a thorough sweep, mop, and vacuum.

The staff were friendly and the lobby was impeccably maintained. The gym was clean and had a good selection of weights. I dropped something on the bathroom floor, and when I picked it up there was a lot of hair and dust under the sink. The shower head was poorly positioned and couldn’t be adjusted; I could have called for help.
