The property advertised a room that was already booked with an offer requiring payment in advance. After arriving at the destination and driving 40 minutes to the property, it turned out that there were no vacant rooms. The staff tried to force me to cancel the reservation, making me pay an additional cancellation fee as if I were at fault. Despite my request for a refund since my room (tent) was unavailable, they refused to refund my money. Seeing another guest who clearly ran out of water while showering and was standing half‑naked with a towel in the waiting area shows that this place has bigger problems than just trying to plug a financial hole with other guests. I honestly advise everyone against staying here. I suggest taking a closer look at the photos, because the disappointment when you get there will be even greater—you can be sure of that. The view of the mountain is exactly the same from the other side, where there are restaurants and other hotels. It’s a shame to waste your time—and, above all, your money—because you can be sure you’ll never see it again. As for other issues, I recommend reading the other comments carefully, as they reveal other problems.
