The organization of reservations and the way they assigned rooms was very bad. I had made my reservation well in advance, arrived at the hotel, and they left me on the street because my name wasn’t on the list, even though my booking appeared correctly in the system; I was left on the street with my 14‑year‑old daughter at 11 pm.

Absolutely nothing good. From online to in‑person service it was a disaster: they were unfriendly, the appearance was disgusting, expensive, poor service, they cancelled my reservation that I had booked in June because they claimed the room was full, even though the platform had confirmed it for September. The facilities were dirty, the look was awful, I was financially harmed, I panicked with my minor daughter, they altered my itinerary that I had planned for two months, I do not recommend this place.
