I appreciated that my granddaughter and niece could swim at the hotel, but I was upset when I lost my jean jacket—after calling the front desk more than once, no one found it and I spent $300.00 from my side pocket, leaving me without a jacket and money. This was the only place I had stayed for years, and now I’m planning to book elsewhere because I no longer trust staying here.

The hotel matched our expectations; we’d stayed there before and found it conveniently located. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fine—cereal, pastries, eggs, and some fruit—meeting the need for a quick, readily available breakfast. However, there could have been more healthy options, and the taxes were ridiculous; for a two‑night stay the taxes exceeded $70, significantly raising the overall cost, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
