The room was excellent. We last stayed at Hotel Nougier several years ago and enjoyed a fabulous dinner. But this time there were no staff, just one waiter who did everything and the menu was good to average BUT the delay in being served was terrible. We booked for 7:30pm but ate nothing for more than an hour until all the other diners had been seated. It was nothing like it was previously in terms of food and service. We shall not return sadly
