“Tolle Zeit in der Toskana”
A great area and a built‑in city across the whole area! They really have everything there: grocery store, restaurants, shows & so much more. Too many people.

The bathroom situation was bad. There was an unbearable odor coming from the sink.

Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Floor service staff were also very kind. The facility is fantastic. The door of our room and the bathroom door had tampered locks… because of tourists before us. So the problem was caused by rude tourists. The technical staff needed more time to fix it, but they were still very attentive and kind.

The fridge was too small. Parking for cars isn’t dedicated to Mulinaccio guests. At check‑out the bracelet is removed and you can’t enter the village again even if you want to leave later in the day.

If you book a room at the “hotel”, you’ll get access to all of Hu Park Albatros village’s facilities, including the swimming pools in the aquatic park. They hand you a bracelet that lets you enter the village. The rooms sit on the upper floor above the reception, right near the village entrance. It’s more like a guesthouse than a full hotel, but the village entry is included. The checkout time is 10 am and the bracelet is revoked at that point, so you can’t use any of the facilities after that. In most places I’ve stayed, an early checkout still allows you to linger at the pool or café for the rest of the day, but not here. The stairs are steep, which made it a bit difficult to carry a 2‑year‑old and luggage. There are no hotel services; it’s literally just a 15 m² room.
