I stayed here the night before a trail race and found everything spotless, from the shared areas to every corner of the room, making it very comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers for the outdoor bath and the generous welcome space were also great, and I’d definitely return next year.

The amenities were plentiful, there was an outdoor bath nearby, and the spot was convenient for sightseeing, plus the breakfast was lavish. I have no complaints.

This was by far one of our best stays in Japan. A traditional Japanese inn with western comforts, perfectly situated to avoid crowds while still being close to town. Taka and his wife were the most delightful hosts. The food and spa were wonderful. We’ll definitely come back!
