They charged me for breakfast and never handed it over. The bed sheets, pillows, and blanket were filthy, and there was no service for tea or food at all.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The reception was rude and wouldn't let me check in even though I had a booking and a voucher. They claimed no such booking existed, which is unacceptable for a hotel that should accept late‑night guests. The road outside was cleaner than the place inside.

I paid an advance through booking, but when I got to the hotel from Bangalore they told me my reservation was cancelled. I never received any email about it, my advance hasn't been refunded, and the customer care at Fab Hotels never answers calls—help needed.
