The hotel looks gorgeous and grand, with comfortable, clean, and spacious rooms, but getting there is a pain – about 100 stairs to the hotel and the elevator stops short of the top floor where our rooms were. The location is far from the Maalfi center, roughly a 25‑minute drive, making access difficult and inconvenient.
“This property is the definition of luxury. Treat yourself!”
Everything was perfect – the spot offered flawless views of the coast and hills, the team welcomed us with warmth and went above and beyond, and the room supplied all the necessities plus extras.
The experience at Palazzo Pascal was superb, with a breathtaking panorama; the staff were devoted and very welcoming, and we loved our stay and will gladly return.
The staff were excellent, the management superb, and everything stayed impeccably clean.
“Honeymoon spent at a fantastic resort - true luxury!”
The view was stunning and the service from every staff member was incredible; breakfast was lovely, and dinner at Gli Ulivi was exceptional. Seeing the lemon groves, vineyards, vegetable garden, and herbarium right on site was a delight. Free parking in Scala was convenient, though spots weren’t always nearby. The setting was superbly quiet, away from the bustle of busier towns, yet all destinations were easily reachable by road. The only downside was the need to climb steps to reach the hotel and navigate its multiple levels; having reserved parking close to the hotel would have helped avoid those uphill walks.
