Excellent stay—highly recommended! The hotel’s location is great, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is very good. The service surpassed our expectations, especially thanks to Mr. Minh, who went above and beyond to help us and even assisted with planning our daily itinerary, making the trip smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, an outstanding experience with excellent hospitality.

The value for money was unbeatable, the best we found in Vietnam.

The place was the nicest in Sapa, with no mildew smell and rooms that were quiet, facing the mountains yet right in the city center. The manager was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and offered many options. The bathroom was nice, featuring a separated shower with a partition that kept the rest of the room dry and lowered overall humidity. The air conditioning worked well. The downside was that music played in the hallways during the day until about 10 pm, and it could be heard in your room, which gets annoying if you want a quiet space to relax. This constant music seems to be everywhere in Sapa—coffee shops, Fansipan mountain, basically everywhere is playing elevator music.

The price‑performance was absolutely top! The location was excellent and the staff very warm! I had the right intuition when booking! Breakfast was plentiful and always refilled fresh. Thanks. Nothing to complain about. Everything was good.
