The place was clean, but the staff were very rude, arrogant, and insisted on advance payment, wasting time during check‑in.

We were greeted so warmly and treated like never before throughout our stay. The food was great, the service professional, and the design and surroundings were fantastic—nothing could be better! Thank you to this wonderful family business.

The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated, yet you still feel the family‑run vibe every day, and everyone is incredibly friendly.

From start to finish the stay was simply amazing. We felt at home from the first minute. We spent three nights at Hotel Muchele and enjoyed every minute. A bowl and blanket were provided for our small dog. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will definitely return. Everything was great.
