The hotel and rooms were beautiful, everything was perfect. I wish they hadn't charged for the daily water in the room.

The panorama and location of the hotel are exceptional, with a great view of the beach. The staff and rooms were a disaster; never stay in a room below the 6th floor. I stayed on level 6, the same as reception, and it was fine, but some friends got rooms below and couldn't stay. Reception staff were rigid and confrontational. Water in the room comes in a reusable bottle that seems free but costs £2 at checkout. The food was good, Melania at entertainment was very okay. Otherwise, this location is a pity; it could have been top with better friendliness.

The location is quiet and the beach is nice. The place is very run-down, many things are broken, dust falls from the ceiling, and the price is too high for that.

The pros are the beach location, quiet, a good breakfast selection, and friendly staff. Some areas feel dated and tired. Tea bags in the room cost £1 each. Breakfast staff were super friendly but clearly overworked—more hires needed.
