The rooftop pool offered a nice view and the bed was clean, but the WiFi kept cutting out and there were ants on the floor, and the noise from the main road was constant.

The staff were friendly, yet the room wasn’t very clean and the place feels a bit past its prime.

Indah was very helpful and the trainee was also on the ball; Risky was actually not risky at all 👍, but why was there no fridge or slippers in the room? People should be warned about that! I don’t like that there’s no fridge or slippers – slippers should be standard, it might cost Rp500 per room but it means a lot to guests.
