The room was decent and the location was convenient, but the Wi‑Fi was awful and didn’t connect on my parents’ two iPhones. When my dad asked staff for help, they were unhelpful and told him to ask a family member instead. The multi‑plug in room 5 also malfunctioned, making it hard to charge phones.

The staff were really friendly and beds were super comfortable. There was a 1/2 eaten biscuit under the bed

The facilities were updated, yet the air conditioner was dusty and blew out a lot of dust from the vent when I switched it on, needing a cleaning. The fridge also lacks a freezer compartment, which would have been useful for frozen food and ice packs while traveling.
