Guests also had to sort their own trash, which reinforced the residence vibe, and the kitchen setup wasn’t really suitable for cooking. The pool was smaller than expected and didn’t satisfy the children we brought along. Because it was a holiday period, the rate was steep, yet the facilities and service didn’t match the price, so anyone hoping for a typical 3‑ or 4‑star hotel experience would likely be disappointed and I can’t recommend it given the low value for money.

The room could have been cleaner; we found someone else’s used lenses next to the bed. A cooking plate was present, but no utensils and cooking was prohibited, which seemed odd. During our five‑night stay the room was cleaned only once, and trash was taken out only once. The hotel had about 230 rooms per building but only two elevators per building, causing long waits, and the corridors lacked AC. The underground parking garage was chaotic, poorly signed, and often full, making it an effort to find a spot each day. We regretted booking those five nights and felt the price was too high for what was offered.
