The location was exceptional, the price was great, and Silvia was incredibly kind 💯.

The place had a good location and friendly service, but the air conditioning didn’t work, the bedding had holes and cigarette burns, the staircase access was problematic for my knees, the shower maintenance was lacking, and there was a lot to wish for.
“El aire acondicionado no funcionaba”
Excelente ubicación e instalaciones comunes limpias. El aire acondicionado de las habitación que nos asignaron no funcionaba y tuvimos que reclamar a Booking para que nos cambiarán de habitación a otra en la que el aire si funcionaba. Me parece muy mala gestión del establecimiento y nos hicieron perder mucho tiempo cuando podían haberlo solucionado enseguida. Por otra parte, la ropa de cama necesitaba ser renovada con urgencia, sábanas casi transparentes por el uso en una de las camas. También les recomiendo que pongan bombillas en las lámparas para que no parezca que está uno en el castillo de Drácula, son cosas básicas que cuestan muy poco y dan muy mala impresión 😓

The stay was fine, but if you plan to go to bed early, avoid this spot because the narrow alleys in the center are full of bars and the noise lasts until late hours.
