“Amazing staff, comfy beds, great views what more do you need?”

I stayed here for a friend's wedding up the road and it was an amazing experience! The rooms were great, the beds were comfy, and they had every amenity you could want or need. The town is only a couple of minutes away and the views are fantastic. I accidentally left a family heirloom ring behind in the room when I was leaving in a hungover rush, but the cleaning team found it and shipped it back to me in America. Huge thanks to Marine, Melodie, Bastien, and the cleaning crew for making that happen—it really made my year! I can't wait to revisit Sutton someday and will definitely stay here again 😊

“Passable .”

Bastien at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and good advice on local sights, but the room smelled strongly of dampness, the bathroom was not very clean (hair in the tub and on the outside, a stained towel), there was no mini‑fridge which was inconvenient, we only received two washcloths for three nights, and the complimentary lunch was just a continental offering.

“bel hôtel”

During our stay the rooms felt warm and wooden, which we liked. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the restaurant because of a wedding; we had hoped to relax without hunting for a place to eat, but the other restaurants were farther away and crowded. If an event happens on the day of booking, it would be good to inform guests beforehand so they can plan differently.
