The location was great. The room was quite spacious and breakfast was very complete. Perhaps there was some noise from the restaurant below, the windows didn’t insulate well, but once the restaurant closed everything was fine.

The host Lia’s service was exceptional, always so friendly, offering cappuccino at breakfast and all the tasty treats at hand, with homemade cakes, yogurts, and fruit, very complete. The place has charm, is spacious and comfortable. We had a small balcony and used it in the afternoon after walks. The location is very good, in the Kalsa neighbourhood, close to the centre. Below there is a pretty good restaurant and opposite a space where cultural events were held. There is an elevator.

The apartment is ideally located, the room is comfortable and breakfast is excellent, homemade. The setting is original and out of the ordinary. The hostess was very nice and let us in early with ease. The bathroom is not well isolated from the room, and there are no blackout curtains, so the room is never fully dark. It wasn’t cleaned on the second day but that’s not too bad for two days. There was no verbal exchange with the hostess at breakfast even though she was physically present. WhatsApp exchanges were more pleasant.

The location is perfect, close to the city centre and still very quiet. The toilet was behind a glass wall, which isn’t the ideal solution for me.

Posizione molto centrale, permette di visitare a piedi le principali attrazioni e ci sono molti locali in zona .Grande disponibilità per la gestione dei bagagli , grazie ancora alla proprietaria. Il bnb é situato al primo piano di un edifico storico; l’ingresso al piano terra é bruttino ma il bnb è molto carino e arredato in modo particolare , con una zona comune ampia e acqua a disposizione . Ho apprezzato che vi fossero molti libri , consultabili . Colazione buona, varia e abbondante. La nostra camera era molto ampia e luminosa ma un poco rumorosa perché si affacciava su una piazzetta con ristorante (che aveva un evento quella sera, per cui forse altre sere é più tranqillo) . La camera dei nostri amici era piú silenziosa ma di minori dimensioni e un po’ buia . Allungherei l’orario della colazione fino alle 10 ( attualmente fino alle 9,30)
