I booked a room but there was no staff to greet me, and all the facilities were shut down. The place is listed as for sale, so I decided not to stay and instead found another hotel. There was no internet or TV, which made me feel like I wasted money on a useless booking. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered good value. However, the check‑in process was awkward because I was only directed to a keyboard via email, which felt impersonal and as if they only cared about the money. I received clear communication before arrival about how to enter the property, and the gate and lock box codes were straightforward. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean upon arrival. A chair would have been helpful instead of having to sit on the bed or footrest, and the bed was a bit low for my height, though still comfortable.

The value is great, the place is secure and spotless. The TV is a bit iffy, there were Wi‑Fi issues, and the mattress is poor quality—it needs a topper.
