“Worth the stay”

The stay was worth every cent because I needed a room for the night before an early work departure. The room was clean and had the basic amenities you’d expect. Check‑in and check‑out were straightforward. However, some staff or other guests tended to put their phones on speaker at high volume, which was uncomfortable.

The rooms are darker than the photos show, so it wasn’t what I expected.

“You paid for what you get”

The hotel’s proximity to the station is handy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the soundproofing is poor, especially in rooms facing the highway, and the absence of an elevator could trouble guests with heavy luggage on upper floors.

“Super recommend”

The spot near the LRT, the spotless rooms, the good facilities, and the courteous staff—especially Shaun, if I’m spelling his name right—made my stay on Level 1 perfect. I can’t recommend it enough.

The air conditioning was faulty, so I asked to cancel my reservation. They offered me another hotel but still tried to charge the published room rate at the front desk. The standard was dropped so badly, which was disappointing.
