A block from the oceanfront. Budget friendly. Could use an upgrade. Repaint and more bright. The edge of the sheet on the bed had 2 spots on it that look like it could have been from food. I dropped a stanley lid behind the dresser with the TV and there was some candy paper on the floor

I loved how clean and quiet it was. It was perfect for me. There was nothing I disliked about my stay

The location is good. Breakfast was okay, but I would like a wider selection. The staff were amazing, attentive, and friendly. The hotel needs updating; a good refresh would be great, and breakfast needs improvement.

The spot is great for beach access and the ice cream and hot dog stands right at the entrance were a nice touch. The building feels very old, the cleaning was lacking, and getting a cart to your room is almost impossible because of the layout.

Everything was especially great, particularly the seaside location; nothing negative to mention.
