“Excellent”

The service was excellent and all requests were attended to; I had an issue outside the hotel premises, but the hotel intervened and covered the financial expenses, handling the problem effectively. Nothing to criticize—all was good.

“Nice hotel but opposite a school where you hear children in playground so sleep early.”

I was granted a 1 pm checkout, which I appreciated; the shower pressure was good. The room lacked a washcloth, the TV was hard to use, and although the bed was comfortable, the twin beds were joined together, causing a bump.

The staff were great, helpful, smiling, and made you feel welcome, but the food fell far below hotel standards and the floor in the room was dirty when I arrived.

“Conveninet location for the purpose of the visit”

I booked this hotel mainly because it’s near several embassies; we had an appointment and wanted to be on time. Traffic on Uhuru Highway can get very congested even unexpectedly, so staying on the west side of the highway is best for punctuality. The dinner we had was well prepared and tasty. I’m old and scared of falling in the shower—there were no rails or handles, and one wall and door are glass, which I worry about breaking. A shower stool would have helped. What I absolutely dislike is that the toilet/shower has a window into the sleeping area, so when traveling with a partner the bedroom gets light even with the toilet door closed.
