The room was clean and new, but it only had a small high window in the bathroom that was closed, making the space very poorly ventilated and feeling suffocating. Breakfast was non‑existent; only a coffee machine, tea, and chamomile were available, so I had to go to a nearby bakery at my own expense, even though breakfast was supposed to be included. Communication was only essential. Parking was difficult on the street, the building was very old, and the overall experience was unpleasant.

The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no window, only a skylight in the bathroom, but air‑conditioning was present. With two people, the room quickly felt stuffy. Communication with the host was poor; we had agreed on a specific arrival time, but nobody was there at that time and no one answered the phone. Eventually someone did call back. Breakfast was included in the price and was confirmed via messages (we never met in person), yet we never received it. The neighbors were very noisy until late at night.

Tutto molto nuovo e pulito. Host sempre disponibile al telefono per qualsiasi aiuto o chiarimento. Nella mia stanza i comodini non erano dotati di abat-jour, inoltre nella zona non è semplice trovare parcheggio nelle ore in cui sono aperti i negozi

Unfortunately, our experience was very negative. We booked the accommodation for one night, but the room did not match what was shown and described at booking. The room only had a small high window in the bathroom, which was closed, making the space extremely poorly ventilated and feeling like it lacked air. Additionally, there was mold and a strong bad odor, making staying in the room impossible for us. For these reasons we had to leave without using the accommodation, even though we had paid for the night. We asked the host for a refund, but the request was not accepted. We believe the accommodation did not reflect the conditions and features presented at booking and that, given the inability to stay in the room, a refund would have been appropriate.

“Scappato dopo la prima notte.”

Nothing to say about the room, it was very beautiful without any doubt… but a room with two windows overlooking a cistern can be called “luxury” only in name. The location, in my opinion, was bleak and inconvenient; to park you have to hope someone moves their car at least a few dozen meters away. I left after the first night, losing the entire amount already paid. I preferred to lose money over the happiness of being in Sicily. And I did very well!
